The prepa method

How to Make This Meal Work for You

1. Prep

Preparing a few marinades in one go is a simple way to get ahead for the week. Buy your chicken in bulk, divide it between bags and try a different marinade in each one so you've got plenty of variety. You can prepare the marinade ahead of time in our 16oz prepa pots. Label each bag with the flavour and date before storing, so you always know what's ready to cook.

2. Cook

These marinades are incredibly versatile. Cook the chicken in the oven, air fryer, frying pan or on the barbecue, then slice it into wraps, salads, pasta dishes, rice bowls or homemade pizzas. Making extra is a great way to prep lunches for the next day too.

3. Store

Our prepa 2.5L Reusable Food Bags are perfect for marinating and storing chicken. Lay the bags flat in the freezer to save space and help them defrost more quickly. Once thawed, cook the chicken within 24 hours and don't refreeze raw chicken that has already been frozen and defrosted.
